MASCO operates under the most stringent health and safety regulations in the food service industry. In order to meet the international food safety standards, we apply Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) globally, ISO 9001:2008 – quality management system, ISO 22000: 2005 – Food safety management system, IFSA (International Flight Services Association) World Food safety Guidelines - 2016- Version 4. Such certifications ensure our services and food safety compliance. Every aspect of the supply chain is strictly examined. We inspect raw materials, as well as all the ingredients. To improve the taste and quality of the meals, we monitor and check the food temperatures during the preparing, cooking, storing and delivery of food all the way to the airplane galleys. All the refrigerators and cold stores temperatures are closely monitored temperatures throughout the day. The room temperature is kept in optimum level for the processing divisions. We ensure the hygiene standards at every stage. The anti- insect screens are used at all the entrances to prevent insects. Staff training is also a priority to ensure food hygiene process. Quality teams, together with operational staff, closely monitor the processes of service compliance and food safety by means of check and audit plans. Traceability, a key element in food safety and transparency, is continually ensured at all sites. The information on every batch are recorded carefully in details. The accurate identification of all products at different steps during production makes traceability both efficient and reliable throughout all of our process.
Security is one of the most important element that is priority in our operation. We implement the effective security measures to control the flight catering facilities and stores. We have annual training plan that focuses on 'Aviation Security'. The program is aimed at providing all our employees with the opportunity to ensure the consistency of standards and to understand the importance of the security. We have passed the security inspections in accordance with the safety guidelines prescribed by the airline. Security teams work all time with multi-layered processes to assure monitoring vehicles, food, equipment and employees. A system of security cameras is installed to control all the steps of the operation. In addition, metal detectors are used at the entry of the production areas. We take every step to assure the safety of the meals.
MASCO skilled team is ready to fulfil immediate and long-term customer needs- overcoming schedule challenges. We operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and provide full in-flight catering services, with each meal meeting the exact requirements specified by our customers. The production staff also maintain close contact with every customer to design and produce a menu selection of global tastes including Asian and Western cuisine such as traditional Vietnamese, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Russian, and French, etc. The regional cuisine adds value to the passenger experience. Furthermore, a menu of special meals is available for babies, children, Vegetarians, Diet and ones being in need of specific medical, dietary, religious or special requests.
