QUALITY AND FOOD SAFETY POLICY
In order to become a professional supplier of air catering services at Da Nang, Cam Ranh and Phu Bai International Airport and to meet high requirements of the airlines and the trend of domestic and international integration and competition, Da Nang Airport Services Joint Stock Company commits to carry out the following quality policies:
QUALITY AND FOOD SAFETY
Concentrating all resources on maintaining and regularly improving the quality management systems ISO 9001 and the ISO 22000 - food safety management systems, effectively controlling the process from raw material purchasing to in-flight meal supplying, ensuring customers are served with the products that meet the requirements of hygiene and food safety with high- quality standards as well as comply with the regulations of the aviation and customer requests.
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Frequently researching the market trends, keeping close contact and acquiring customer’s opinions; continuously improving, diversifying and developing products with reasonable price and meet customer’s demands; enhancing the company prestige and competitiveness in the market.
RESOURCES
Attaching importance to invest in material facilities and modern equipment in production, increasing information technology application in all management stages to improve manufacture capacity as well as product and service quality.
Regularly training the staff to improve professional skills and equipping the staff with the knowledge and skills that necessary for each job; improving awareness and responsibilities of management staff and employees of ensuring product quality and food hygiene and safety.
